| Imagine a rock show- and lose yourself in it, sex, drugs, and rock & roll. The stage is set with long locked beautiful people, grinding bodies, meticulous yet nasty instrumentation, passionate vocals, and an easy intensity that equals a tightness that gives way to a perfect flow.
You don’t have to imagine this show- this is Jill Kinsey & Cherry Stone- you need only see it to believe it.
Jill Kinsey (vocals and guitar), the diminutive Texas Tornado, linked up with Keaton Allen (vocals and bass) and Joe Hardin (lead guitar) in 2004. In 2007, Jim Bonomo (drums) joined the band.
Collectively, they have played venues around Nashville such as Mercy Lounge, 12th & Porter, Exit/In, and have also toured the South East with the Wayne Mills band.
Together, they make up something different in Nashville, something new and fresh while kicking back to the old, what holds true, and what turns people on.
There is no denying that this music has sex appeal. Jill Kinsey & Cherry Stone is swampy southern rock flavored with old school country, bluesy soul, and some good ol’ fashioned get down.. and that ain’t your average Nashville band, folks... Add to My Profile | More Videos |
