Born and raised in Portugal, now living in London, Birmingham and Barcelona Hi Fidel Cartel are 3 Dj's and a Mc who have been playing breakbeat inspired music since 2002. Holding a residence every second friday of the month at Cafe 1001 in East London and playing several gigs across the UK and Europe they bring an unique blend of beats from across the whole spectrum of breakbeat music, mainly drum'n'bass.Have played alongside many of the scenes biggest dj's, their sets are always dancefloor oriented with a remarcable set of tunes and skills.On the production side their creations go beyond the drum'n'bass scope and reach a lot of different styles.
