Music:stuff that makes my brain hurt. i'm not a hipster so i don't know cool stuff. i like old stuff (seattle shit - nirvana, aic, soundgarden), older stuff (megadeth, metallica) and really old stuff (led zeppelin, black sabbath). however, i am trying to expand my musical tastes a bit, so i do like some newer stuff (qotsa, death from above 1979, atdi, soad), but all i can say is that elton john and billy idol are my boys! mostly cuz' they are pure gold at karaoke. |

Movies:lots of 'em. piece of advice - stop going to the video store. just check 'em out from the library. not gonna find new ones, but they have a ton of good old ones. |

Books:architecture books are pretty boring. philosophy is much better to read about. let's see. i had been reading some mafia books the last few months or so - wiseguy, the godfather, serpico. catch-22, of human bondage, doctor zhivago, atlas shrugged, the fountainhead, crime and punishment, the executioner's song, all quiet on the western front, johnny got his gun, zen and the art of motorcycle repair, the republicplus, a lot more i can't remember now |
