Typically, Patrick doesn't do anything by halves; as you would expect from a man whose first professional job was on Soul Train as a backing dancer for Whitney Houston, and who soon after became one of Michael Jackson's featured dancers in the film 'Moonwalker'. Enjoying a very successful career in TV, dance and choreography, Patrick has also supported the hip hop legend Tupac Shakur on stage in LA. Such achievements early in his career have set the pace for Patrick, who was honoured to be personally invited to join 'The Drifters' and perform with the legendary Johnny Moore. Patrick say's "Working with Johnny was amazing and I learned so much!" An accomplished singer/songwriter, Patrick Alan creates an inimitable blend of R&B, Soul and Pop. Born into a musical family in St Louis, USA (the home of the blues), but raised in Los Angeles, Patrick was brought up living on a diet of Funk, Blues, Soul, and Jazz. Growing up in LA he trained as a dancer and performer, before going back to his hometown of St. Louis to study Dramatic Arts and major in Dance Studies at Webster University. Since then he has gone on to build a strong following and reputation with his live shows in L.A., New York and London. Music Box Live... With queues running round the block you're gonna have to get on the guest list to guarantee getting in! As Monday night is Patrick Alan's 'Music Box Live' night, at "Pigalle" the hippest, hottest jam night in the UK... Created by the legendary Patrick Alan, the 'Music Box Live' show is now in its 7th successful year with front man Patrick, performing as host and lead singer. With a tidal wave of new and established artists joining him on stage, it has become an official promotional stop for most US artists. And there is always at least one of the UK's hottest performing there each week. It is so popular that label publicist's are using the show to heighten an artists UK profile!
