| I practically grew up in front of a movie screen,having seen every major and minor genre film in a grindhouse or drive in. I an a writer and write under the name 42nd Street Pete. I spent the bulk of the 70's and 80's hanging out on that fabled block. %D%ATime and experiences have come and gone, but I'm still here.I have been privilaged enough to meet and hang out with some great famous and infamous people. I would like to think that I'm contributing something to the business I love. I keep moving ahead with ideas and projects. I'm involved in writing, narrating, producing, and performimg all things weird and wonderful. %D%ASo far this year has sucked . Too many people I knew have passed and passed way before their time. But what is your time? We all like to think that we are going to live to be 90, but most of us don't. So let me get deep for a moment. Make the most of the time you have. If you care about someone, tell 'em. If you love someone,tell 'em. If you think you can do something big, go for it. You only get one shot, there is no replay. %D%AI never thought that I would last as long as I have. Most of my contemporaries from the old days are gone. There is a price to pay for living the life. Unspoken love, unrealized dreams, sometimes things become all consuming and you get all caught up in it. Then you realize it just wasn't worth it. Do I regret anything? Yeah, only a few things. %D%ASo I keep trying, it's all you can do. So what will I come up with next, something a little different than what you are used to seeing me do. I'll keep ya posted... | |

I'd like to meet:I'd actually like to meet a cool ,non judgemental, person of the female gender. Race, age, dosen't matter. If your a film buff, I love you already, if you like wrestling, lets get married.LOL. Seriously though, I amit that I'm damaged goods and I think we all are to some extent. I just admit it. I'm not going to make any promises here, because a lot of things that you might like I will out and out hate. In other words fine dinning and Broadway shows are not on my itinery. I like simple pleasures, like movies, dinner food at half o'clock in the morning, a couple of bottles of Corona, flea markets,stuff like that. I'm a jeans and t shirt guy and I'm not into the bling bling, in fact I don't even own a watch. So there you have it, Pete ala carte. |
