| Hello, my name is Boyan Hristov. I am a guitarist, singer, songwriter, arranger and a dedicated performer. I live for the passion of music. I am studying at Berklee College of Music at the moment. Bachelor in guitar performance from New Bulgarian University, Sofia. I play fingerstyle and flatpicking, acoustic, electric, resonator, classical guitar, modal tunings, open tunings, slide, slapping, tapping. My life is all about playing the guitar and listening to music. I love my friends and making new ones. I love travelling. I don't even need a reason to go somewhere. I am chasing after my dream to play music for people every day and being a better person and musician. Last summer I won "Acoustic Hero" solo guitar contest (Emergenza Festival) in Boston, MA. It was pretty cool. There's tons of free mp3s on my website and if you like spontaneous, creative music with ethno, world, blues, funk, new age elements go check it out and let me know what you think.
