Born and raised from Quezon City, Apollokreed moved to the United States in March '94. He knew nothing about the hip-hop culture until a certain relative made him listen to a pre-made mixtape in '95. It included the popular artists at the time such as Dr. Dre, Dogg Pound, Snoop Dogg, Bone Thugs -n- Harmony, and Eazy-E. By the time he was in junior high school, he wrote lyrics but never took it seriously until he hit his first year of high school in Channel Islands. His real name is Paolo Constantino. His name "Apollokreed" was given to him by his fellow classmates because they didn't know how to pronounce his name correctly.

Him and his group of friends formed "Banned Frum Azia," with the name based on a documentary showing brutal and explicit executions and violent footage that has occured all over Asia. The group mainly took hip-hop on a serious level and formed "Salty Peenutz." The name was adopted from Dj Re-lyt's father's band in the early '70's. The group included Marlon D. (Marlon Daito), Dj Re-lyt (Tyler Victorio), Apollokreed (Paolo Constantino), Mengaman (Oscar Menga), and Oxnard's very own beatboxing champion, Chong (Christian Atangan).

Due to some conflict within the group, Chong left the group, leaving the group with one man down. The group continued to work on music. Marlon D. introduces the group with the Soul Speakers from Montebello. A. Foul and Defy both wanted to help the group with success. With the addition of two new members, they formed "The Professionals," based on a Mike Tyson interview, with Tyson defining what a true professional really is.Upcoming Projects include:
