| Welcome everyone to our page. We are Denver’s newest and most innovative fitness studio. After years of training in the normal boring old gym we have finally decided to bring a new twist but keep the old school work ethic. Inner Strength Fitness is a new 10,000 square foot facility located one block off I 25 on Evans. The new facility will house new fitness equipment by Hardkore, A fully integrated Yoga and spin room, Climbing walls, vertical sprinting tracks/Stairs, and all the cardio equipment a person could want.
