| Hi, I've been an athlete all my life and still enjoy competing in bodybuilding to this day. Yes, I do admit I am NOW 50 ;), but can dance on a dance floor all night. I used to own my own gym in Monterey Peninsula California, but remarried and now reside in Newington, Ct. where I am currently working on my new adventure, making protein cookies that taste GOOD!! I call them "tollhouse" with a twist. As long as you get your protein in why not enjoy the whole thing!!
