Music:I fall within the deep, blue ocean covered with bubbles that rise through my nostrils up onto the surface. I see their faces surrounded by a film covering the lies I believed. As my arms cover my chest they are numbed by my heart, filled feelings leftover from whispering words pasted on from bubbling faces of mirrored reflections. I reach and wave them out to find slyicone doesn't break it's motions. I rise in hopes of breathing the air while my suffercation swallows the salty water deep, deep, deep My pins don't drop...I fall down in the under tow when their faces stare back at me. I can see a light at the top... grasping my chest, I rise...kicking my legs.. I rise. Passing through the bubbly faces they break and dispirse behind my fall. The words mean nothing at all. The lyes travel downward spirialing onto the rocky, sandy earth. I see my light and guide through it all. Catching my breath, releasing the numbness of my finger tips. I hold my arms out wide, catching the rays of light to be whole again, leaving the faces with silicone bubbles behind. Written by me....Many bands I love.......And ANY OTHERS THAT INSPIRE ME TO WRITE!!!!! Books:Any book that can help me be a better person....usually anything about how the mind works...goal setting, communication, spritual etc. Last book I read was The Secret, other books I like are by Sylia Brown, "If You Could See What I See" and "Past Lives, Future Healing" Right now I'm reading, "Your Sacred Self" and "The Power Of Intention" by Dr. Wayne W Dyer "DR. DYER F'IN ROCKS" Helps heal the mind and body....... A fictional book I'd reccomend to all females just starting in the Bodybuilding and fitness biz, "Chemical Pink" by Katie Arnoldi. It's the weird, sexy, funny, creepy world of shmoesizum and bodybuilding. Gotta read it!!! |

Heroes:My Mommy and Daddy...love them! Also forgot...All thoughs that died and I miss them dearly, Ian Busch..my nephew who died of cancer at age 8, Doug Jackson, a dear friend who died in a car accident, Steven Dini, who died of colon cancer and my cousin Kissy Krah,who died during childbirth. I miss them all dearly and when I'm tired or just don't want'a try anyone, I think of them and continue... |
