| Lost Asylum represents the hardcore-scene in Kolding and has played in almost 6 years. With all these years behind them, incuding a hell lot of live- and studioexperience, Lost Asylum has worked them selves up to be an energetic and aggresive band on the stage aswell on the records. Lost Asylum combines a lot of different genres within the metalscene, which makes the music more outstanding and different than much other metalbands. Especially other metalcore bands. With a combination of Metalcore, Hardcore, Deathcore, some rock'n'roll and Thrash, Lost Asylum manage to play metal their own style and sound, but also with some good old catchy riffs. The lyrics are mostly inspired from the hardcorescene with texts like "friends and family" and "staying true to your self". Lost Asylum is right now in the studio for the third time to do their second full-lenght album "Trigger Dilemma". This is happening in the Waterpunk Studios where the last two cd's "Ashes" and "During Times of War EP" where also recorded. "Trigger Dilemma" will be mixed and mastered by Hatesphere's Jacob Bredahl. Lost Asylum has played with bands like: 25 ta life, Dagoba, As We Fight, Hatesphere, Dawn of Demise and Barcode.
