We are Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) school conveniently located at 455 Kilani Ave in Wahiawa. Our phone number is (808) 228-1711 or (808) 428-1886. Central Oahu BJJ's head instructor is BJJ black belt Marcelo "Dentinho" Steenhagen of Brazil, whose accomplishments include: Brazilian Champion between 1996 and 1999, 25 years of training in BJJ, 15-year 3rd-degree black belt under Rilion Gracie. Also instructing at our academy is BJJ black belt Marcio Silva, who is from American Top Team, Florida, now here in Hawaii to live and train. Marcio has trained BJJ for over 13 years and is amazing technician by any measure. We very happy to have a third black belt at our gym. Jeff Doner "JD" is a BJJ black belt from North Shore Jiu-Jitsu. JD received his BB from Kai "Kaiborg" Garcia in August 2005. JD has been training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for 13 years. Class ScheduleMonday:
