| There is much to know, but I will try to simplify it as much as possible. I spent my early life in Tyler with my 4 brothers and sisters and moved to Bullard in 8th grade. After high school I wasted a few years(and my parents money) in college. I was your basic hoodlum. I smoked, drank heavily, smoked weed, dropped acid, ate hallucinogenic mushrooms etc. I even managed to get a girl pregnant. Ive had a love for rap music for most of my life. I discovered I had some ability rapping when I started freestyling at around friends and at parties. I joined up with my cousin and we started working with different people who made beats and put down tracks for us. We finally got together with a guy who was ready to get our songs on the radio. I was also now a borderline alcoholic, drinking almost every single night. All that changed in a single night at my work on March 18th 2001. God met with me and showed me how I was hurting myself and people who cared for me very much. I knew it was time for a change. I walked away from it all. There was no question my calling had been revealed. I immediately began writing gospel rap music and have been at it ever since. I now spend my days trying to get people to understand that knowing Christ is not about the religious rituals and rules that the "church" sets up...its about love....love for ourselves and love for those that are hurting revealed through the love He showed on the cross.
