Mit fröhlichem Punk für eine gute halbe Stundemelden sich die vier Recken aus Bottrop nach sechs Jahren Bandgeschichte erstmals inAlbumform zu Wort – mit einem sauberen Ergebnis. Available sizes: S, M, L Available Colors: Black, White Sticker The Millboard Message was formed out of a desire to play music that the members were passionate about, with the goal to fulfill their dream making emotional music and to play as much shows as possible. Forming in Bottrop in january of 2001 this band is about to rock. With the final lineup in place, The Millboard Message began playing out on several national self-booked concerts. The 2003 demo –cd contains songs of frustration, personal growth, tragedy and human changes. Musically, it is a fusion of the limitations of the "Pop-Punk" and "emo" music genres, adding on the one hand lots of melodies and moments of happiness but on the other hand a bunch of darker components. Influenced by bands that range from, Coheed and Cambria to Fall out boy, Spitalfield and The fall of troy. The Millboard Message combine a brand of catchy but progressive poppunk with a sweet melancholic emotional sound. The complex guitar work of Leif Venghaus and Hendrik Brombach as well as the powerful drumming and bassplaying of drummer Andre Pittelkau and bassplayer Zacharias Jargon sets them apart from other genre – typical bands. So, it..s not wrong to say that their upcoming album “buy on the rumor, sell on the news will be the perfect melting pot of all of their different musical tastes. The Millboard Message..s diversified mixture of dischords, breakdowns and melody with painful screamings and sweet-sounding vocals and their energetic live performance make this band an unforgettable experience.
