Free downloads are still available from WE7 and last.fm Well here's a true labour of love:-) Indian Summer was conceived a couple of years ago when the song Lore arrived. I was capitivated by the child's voice and convinced I could find chords to match it. The task involved finding the lost chord and re-setting the voice timing wise to fit into a conventional song. I was really pleased with the results and decided to write a CD based around sampled voices from the sub-continent.....two years later it's finished... I hope you'll agree all the effort was worth it. The music is a blend of western sounds and I guess my influences balanced against a culture I barely know but find most beautiful. On a recent trip to India with the Scorpions I was stunned by both the poverty and the resiliance of the people always welcoming and smiling ...the world would do well to learn from this example.
