| I play electric violin in two bands based in the Washington, DC area. Dark Dissolve plays dark, gothic rock with guitar, real drums, bass, female vocals, and harp. My second band is called Todesbonden, which I think sounds like Lisa Gerrard's metal band. It is led by its founder, the absurdly talented Laurie Ann Haus. Both of these have MySpace accounts for you to check out. I also play violin in a community symphony, and I tutor math in DC with the Higher Achievement Program. When I'm not working or doing these other things, I try to get out to goth/industrial clubs to complain about how the music isn't goth enough. I also DJ occasionally as DJ Padraic to do what I can to correct errors in gothness. | |
