About Me
- My name's Sary. - I'm Arab, but you'd never tell. And it doesn't make a difference anyway. - I was born and have lived most of my life in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. - I live in a small city called Peterborough, Ontario. Going to university here. I commute to my second home Toronto every now and then. - I'm an optimistic person. Sometimes a bit too much. - VERY obsessed fan of the music I listen to, it's a huge part of my life. - Open minded, though I can be ignorant at times. - My (former) band Decoy Death Trap was one of the many things that made me happy and that I put alot into. It meant alot to me and provided me with a whole range of positive emotions and feelings very few things in this world can. Hopefully one day I will revisit such experiences. - I sing (if you call shouting, screaming and growling your heart out) and love being on stage and feeling alive with music. - I love writing lyrics about being optimistic, corruption in the world, and whatever shit I seem to be going through. - I love supporting the local and underground music scene (for the music I like, of course). - Friends, the people who I hold dear and consider one of the few things in this world that are real, mean alot to me. Never forgetting the good moments and the bad moments, with those who once were with me and for those who still are. - I like meeting and talking to new people who have an open minded personality, are generally nice, and are into the same music as I am. - I love helping out people with problems they may be going through, though my advice is apparently not for everyone, I like to believe it works. - Enjoys the occasional video game here and there, keep me off addictive games like WoW though, what happened to games that actually ended somewhere? - Enjoys new horror/thriller flicks, as well as action, comedy, and whatever looks cool. - I love Arabic, Italian and Mexican food! I need to start cooking for myself though... - I enjoy a couple of hilarious cartoon series. - I rarely do sports or exercise (and I put this here because?) - I rarely read. - I rarely touch the television or the radio. - I don't really give a shit about what negative things people have to say to me. Don't judge me based on your ignorance and we'll be fine. - I hate trend-following, systematic and sheep-like people (can you say "the majority"?). - I hate pessimistic and whiny people who ignore all the good things around them and who won't help themselves. - I love what I hate because it makes me what I am. - There's more to me than what's written here...
