| I have read numerous books on success and listened to more than a few motivational speakers on audio tapes or CDs. I have also read hundreds of articles, read dozens of books, and watched numerous bodybuilding and training videos. I a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), amateur bodybuilder, and fitness model. I have a website on bodybuilding and authored an e-book on training, nutrition, and motivation. Are you just like me?
