After my stints in Stockholm and Argentina, I'm back in Miami and work in the graphic design industry, do web development, flash animation, and video editing. I continue to collect music (particularly ebm and industrial), love spending time with my family, watch Boca Juniors every Sunday, and surf any chance I get.

South Florida alternative dance music dj founding the historic Edge in Kendall in 1990 and helped give rise to the fledgeling South Beach alternative dance club scene of the time while promoting ebm and industrial music. Additional club work over the last decade includes: the Church, Red Room, Another World, Backdoor at ClubNu, Hell's Kitchen, Noise Unit, The Catacombs at Power Studios, Thrashcan, DarkWave Club, and Marsbar.

I've produced extensive promotional work for radio, video and club appearances as well as concert support for Depeche Mode, Nitzer Ebb, Nine Inch Nails, Meat Beat Manifesto, Ministry, Ramones, My Life with the Thrillkill Kult, Front 242, Pankow, Skinny Puppy, Cat Rapes Dog, record labels such as WaxTrax!, Nettwerk, Cargo, and local Miami industrial music bands such as Vociferous Mutes and Another Nation which helped develop alternative music popularity in the region as well as draw national and international attention to the underground music environment in Miami.
One of the first to toss in a few Argentine Rock tracks into the mix from time to time - Los Violadores, Fabulosos Cadillacs, Enanitos Verdes, Soda Stereo, Babasónicos, etc.

In addition to being a frequent contributor to many alternative press publications, I've written and published my own alternative music reviews, including the publication "220 Volts" while living in Stockholm, Sweden.

Other work includes studio remixes of industrial hits for Miami distributors as well as conceptual artwork on various alternative and industrial band albums.

In the mid 90's, one of Marilyn Manson and the Spooky Kids first self made promo tapes was discovered among my collection. This find was disputed by some MM fans as never existing. After an extensive debate by members of the web community the Beaver Meat Cleaver Beat was sold to a collector from Japan. Several years later boxes I had stacked away from my move to Sweden turned up another copy of the tape - this time going to an avid collector in the U.S.

Early Years, DJ Nice & Nasty / Double Duce

My first exposure to being DJ was in the late 70's and early 80's spinning Punk Rock and New Wave records at parties; then in the early 80's I worked under the name DJ Nice & Nasty playing a role in a different style of emerging music, the Miami hip-hop / electro / Miami bass movement.

During the developmental years of hip-hop and bass in Miami, I played at numerous events including jams at local parks, Video Powerhouse, Dade County Youth Fair, Calle Ocho festival and brought DJ battles and hip-hop shows to Key West, Florida. I was member DJ of the group Double Duce, performed with MC Mighty Rock and recorded scratching effects at Henry Stone's studio in Miami for Amos Larkins production of "School Breakdown" and later on "Fresh Out the Box".

I continued working with Henry Stone and Paul Klein at Hot Productions promoting their releases including L'Trimm, Gucci Crew II, 2 Live Jews, DSK and others.

My major exposure as a DJ at that time occurred at Miami's Skylight Express alongside Mohamed Moretta and then independently on weekly radio broadcasts live from the club at the height of the Miami bass popularity, several years later I returned to my musical roots as a dj - it was a natural progression to the newly evolving genre of alternative dance music.
