| EVIL BEAVER By playing music, Evie Evil has become a figurehead for rock & roll. Evil Beaver's brand of rock & roll is loud and soft, with overpowering hooks, and dynamic vocal melodies. The band is led by Evie Evil, who adheres both to rock tradition and break it. From the first release "Lick It" (2000), to the most recently released "Enlightening Without Dazzling"/”2 Berne Live” (2007), Evil Beaver continues to push the boundaries of kick ass rock & roll. Founded in Chicago by Evil Evil in 1999, EB soon after quickly connected with Grammy-nominated producer Dave Trumfio, to record the first two full-length releases, Lick It (2000) and Pleased to Eat You (2003). This lead to future releases by Evil Beaver with E. Lago Entertainment Group International. In March of 2006 the follow up E.P., "Models of Virtue" featured a significant lineup change that garnered much attention. Drumming for Evie was former Queens of The Stone Age drummer Gene "Honey B" Trautmann, who in 2007 was hired as full-time touring drummer for The Eagles of Death Metal.2007 was yet another prolific year for Evil Beaver, along with the addition of rock metal drummer John "Jojo Beav” Jones, 2007 saw the release of "In the Spirit of Resilient Optimism" in January, as well as the November release of double album, "Enlightening Without Dazzling"/ "2 Berne Live".2008 includes much touring for Evil Beaver in the US, Europe and abroad. Catch Evie on the road this year with new edition, brilliantly talented drummer, Peter "Pistol Beav' " Kaufmann.
