http://www.youtube.com/hardcoredlw I have been creating videos for the web for about four years now. My first video "How will I Laugh Tomorrow, When I can't even smile today" was originally created for the now defunct Buffy Verse Web Site. My second, and most controversial political video, "Armageddon" made a mild splash on the internet archive and other web sites during the presidential campaign. It was removed for a short time after a series of death threats, but three months and one busted crazy lunatic later, it returned to the web. Other works in my portfolio include: "Is history repeating itself?" a short film created for an education 2000 class, and "That Smell" which was to coincide with another film about drug abuse. After this film fell to pieces I teamed up with my brother D.A. to create the Worst Movie Ever Made -- "The Great Dope Hunt". It is too early in it's release to state any positive comments about; however, High Times Magazine is showing some interest in it for their upcoming film contest. Recently "The Great Dope Hunt" was featured at the Bronxville film festival, and the festival has asked for us to produce a few five minute spots for next years festival. Recent additions include my tribute to Freddy Kruger (featured here and at YouTube) and a special contribution I made to the Internet Archive which received rave reviews and gained it's own special video site. I created it as a side project while working on my latest film dealing with Illegal Immigration. Although it is difficult to view in this YouTube stream, the video contains a lot of morphs and other special effects. Music:I use to would have answered this question by only placing the words HEAVY METAL here, but times have changed. I still love to listen to bands like Slipknot, Disturbed, Korn, Metallica, OZZY, and hair bands like Motley Crue, W.A.S.P., Ratt, Quiet Riot, and Twisted Sister. However, due to listening alos to what my wife and daughter likes--I also began to like others such as Avril Lavigne, or Kelly Clarkson. My all time favorite bands are Pink Floyd, Kiss, and Metallica, although recently both Slipknot, Stone Sour, and Disturbed have reached a new high on my most listened to items. |

Movies:I have always been a huge Star Wars fan, but I also like anything that Kevin Smith has done--you know, that guy who does the Jay and Silent Bob films. Other fav films include: Jaws, Dirty Harry, Beverly Hills Cop, and a bunch of other films that are not coming to mind at the present. Lets just say I am a huge fan of all Scifi movies, Horror, and Comedies--like Cheech and Chong, Jay and Silent Bob, oh and especially of the film series FRIDAY and BARBERSHOP--Ice Cube rocked those films. |

Television:I never was much of a television nut. Other than the news. I always got tired of watching a show for ten minutes then it getting interupted for the next five minutes by commercials. However, since the release of T.V. on DVD (what a concept!) I have became very interested in shows like Buffy:The Vampire Slayer--(both Sarah Michelle Gellar and Alyson Hannigan can rock my world anyday)--, The Shield--(better than 24 and more relistic, Mackey is one badass cop. Recently started watching Rassling again. I still think that it was better when you had the choice between WCW or WWF, but at least it kills the time and provides noise while I attempt to get things done. |

Books:I used to read alot of Stephen King's Novels when I was in High School. Today I spend most of my reading time either learning how to improve my computer skills or how to improve my movie making skills. |

Heroes:The cast from "The Great Dope Hunt." These individuals deserve to be called heroes for allowing this film to be produced and distributed. Now a word from our sponsers. .. Anti-Heroes: The Politicians. I used to call myself Democrat, because I always hated the Republican Party. For a poor person anytime the Republican Party gets into office it hits us like a death sentence. Examples include: Jobs become scarce (other than minimum wage jobs). Gas prices go up (during Clinton's term gas was $0.99, today it is in Anderson, Indiana $3.69. Plus I lived in Texas when Bush was Governor and he nearly ruined Texas for everybody. The reason I no longer call myself a Democrat either is because the Democrat party has grown soft. They are too worried about getting re-elected ( maybe so they do not have to flip hamburgers at McDonald's) to care about the American People. They proved this after they were re-elected to congress. If we had an election today I would vote for the independent who was running and hope like hell it was Keith Oberman. |
