About Me |

| Digital Conzpiracy a.k.a Cytech is a 30 year old fashion designer and was born near Hannover in Germany.
As a child he discovered the first electronical soundenvironments of the famous formation called Kraftwerk, which inspired and fascinated him at once. In the 90's he started to create some very abstract tunes on his old Amiga 500 machine with the use of a program called Protracker and the musical support of his friends, which were members of a private non commercial punk band at that time. Soon after that he gets inspired by the rough and energetic sounds of breakbeat music which gaves him the impulse, to focus his musical experiments in that direction. After visiting a lot of partys around Germany and England, he started to buy some records of Dom and Roland, Tech Itch and Panacea for example, whose dark and abstract soundlandscapes fascinated and impressed him very much. He tried to study their work and their enormous effort and creativity they put in constructing their raw material and he decided to go deeper in the creation of his own tunes. Extremely inspired by his great interests in Art, Sci Fi and Horror Movies, he always tries to transfer the characteristics and the deep tense of these genres, in his own musical creations. After getting positiv feedback because of his Dub called "The 6th Sense", he decided that the time has come, to present his tunes officially, after years of hidden soundexperiments in his secret lab, that is located deep under the dirty streets of Hannover. As a contrast to this, Cytech is also musically involved in the german Hip Hop scene because of his long friendship to some people, which are still active in this category. Never forgetting the roots of DnB and his intention, why he started to produce music, there is always one important philosophy behind his work : "For some people, it's just music. But for me.... it's pure art" .. |
