Disaszt started listening to Drum&Bass in 1995, at this point he was no longer a bedroom-DJ, first gigs Austria went hand in hand with Disaszts next step in his career, becoming a member of the legendary Bass Infection-Crew. 2001 was an amazing year for Disaszt and his crew-mates, they had a huge number of bookings in Austria and became one of the best known Drum&Bass-crews in the country. In 2001 Disaszt started producing his own tunes and had his first release on the Austrian Drum&Bass-Compilation with a track called Get it on. In 2002 Disaszt was co-founder of the production duo Harddrive alongside with his partner Subject, which resulted in releasing Divine and Recall on Tomkins Trickdisk-imprint, another two tracks (Terminus and Incinerate) were released on Stauders label Breakform. In mid of 2002 Disaszt started to run a monthly Drum&Bass-club called Mainframe, which took place at WUK, later he switched to a bigger Viennese venue, to Arena, where parties with 1400+ visitors are promoted. Now in 2004, Mainframe is one of the biggest and most important regular Drum&Bass-clubs in Austria.CHECK OUT WWW.MAINFRAME.CO.AT He is one of the best dj..s around the place and In autumn 2004, Disaszt has become one of the resident-DJs of D.Kays and Rawfulls weekly Drum&Bass-club called "Beat It" at Viennas Flex.
2006 was a amazing year He is running his own club with his partner in crime ANDI. Situated near the lovely castle and zoo of Schönbrunn in Vienna is the own venue for urban music culture.
