| A connoisseur selection of Soul, Jazz and Funk was intravenously fed to me whilst in my mothers womb and it is no wonder that I am addicted!I was brought up on a strict diet of 60s soul from Motown, Atlantic and Chess. In my early teens I moved onto the solids, brought to you by Earth Wind & Fire, Parliament/Funkadelic and Chic. In my late teens my eating habits became fussier and I was serving up the delicacies of Rare Groove, Jazz-Funk and Acid Jazz. In my twenties I pigged out on the sound of New Jack Swing, Classic R&B and Neo Soul. However, over the last few years I have completely let myself go and I now trying to consume every single ounce of Soul, Jazz and Funk available and my appetite is still growing! I am a glutton for all music, and I think I have tasted every style over the last 30 years
Through Myspace my aim is to meet as many of my heros from the music industry as possible! I have recently had the pleasure of lending a hand in compiling the following releases, with more to come! |
