_______________________________________amazing stories was formed as a transmission vehicle to sort through the impermanent sonic possibilities of the violencello. after a short stint in san francisco, this solo project has since relocated to brooklyn, ny in late 2006 to unleash its unnerving brand of amateur movie scoring to the east coast. reminiscent of arthur russell's landscapes of wonder, it is indebted to Wendy Carlos' pioneering work (not only limited to electronic work, but mainly) within the realm of classical/ambient expansion within a classical and atmospheric mode of film scoring.
