makeup: alaynamarie.com i don't use this profile for social stuff anymore. it got to be all spam stuff. i updated this with some info about modeling/makeup/etc that people message me about. singing!: i'm a classically trained soprano and have been studying since i was 14. i've sung in a lot of different languages... maybe 11 or 12? (not that i can speak all of them) and attended Westminster Choir College. i sing, play bass, violin, and keyboard for Project Skyward other projects that i've been involved with include the industrial band genCAB and my old band nFactorial makeup: i freelance for MAC cosmetics but i use stuff from other lines too. i do makeup for photo shoots and weddings, or whatever people need me for. please ask for rates. (more details on my modelmayhem.com page.. id #8086) you can view my makeup portfolio album here on myspace or here i also posted a blog about becoming a makeup artist, and my makeup artist friends seem to think its pretty good advice, so i hope anyone interested checks it out! modeling: i seem to get a lot of messages asking how to get into it, and i try to reply to all of them. read this blog and then ask me whatever questions you want. you can go to my website or my model mayhem page to see more pictures. if you need a photographer, check out jonathan sorber . he and i do a lot of shoots together, and MOST of the pictures i have up here were taken by him. jerry bennett is awesome too. you'll find him in my top friends! making costumes and things: i like to make costumes, clothing, jewelry, bags, masks, sushi pillows, wigs.. just about anything! i'll do custom orders too.... you can see some styling that i've done and clothes that i've made at my site or on model mayhem instruments: along with singing, i also play violin, piano, bass, and harp. teaching: voice, piano, and violin. i taught viola for a few months... does that count? haha |
