| CLENCHA is fast becoming one of the hottest up and comers to date. He is most certainly one to keep your eye on in 2008 that’s for sure! He has been performing in studio and on stage for close to a decade now and is still at the tender age of twenty. He’s boyish good looks mixed with an electrifying personality on and off stage makes for a guaranteed long life expectancy in the entertainment industry.
As well as being an artist Clencha is also a journalist and a presenter for the BBC. He is now in the process of building up his acting profile he has already appeared in the film Life & lyrics and has also featured in Dubplate Drama and has an exclusive cameo in series 2.In 2004 he won the Biggafish battle rap tournament at the ‘Biggafish Underground’ event in Kings cross, where the winner was judged on crowd participation.
He has collaborated and built up connections with some of the hottest artists in the scene already, and is now focusing on releasing his first solo project ‘CLENCH STATE THE MIXTAPE’. His first song that will be taken from that will be the massive hit ‘GET BUSY NOW’ which has had a remarkable response when performed live around London. In this interview he said that he lived by a very strict motto entitled “The three A-tion’s” DETERMINATION, DEDICATION, and MOTIVATION! He feels that with these three things he is and always will be on course for success. Clencha also makes up a ¼ of the garage and rap collective VINYL VILLAINS CARTEL (2VC). They have released numerous mixtape’s such as:

His versatility and his drive for innovation to do something that hasn’t been done before should cement his place in the spotlight and guarantee global success. |
