| Battle Axis formed in early 2006 for only one reason... to create music that will kick your ass. In the past year, Battle Axis has conquered many obstacles. They have wrecked and ravaged their bodies with relentless practices and numerous weekly shows in the tri-county area. From Miami to West Palm Beach, Battle Axis has developed a reputation as one of the toughest and rowdiest bands in South Florida at the moment. They are always ready to rock and shock their audience. Whether playing for an audience of one person or a crowd of hundreds, they always put on the same high-energy performance. In 2006, Battle Axis recorded and released their self-titled demo which they recorded, pressed, and distributed themselves. The 5-song CD was a labor of love for the guys. Each pressing was loaded with blood, sweat and tears. They also invested every penny that they could afford into the album which was released to their audiences for free. Since their debut, Battle Axis has been priveleged enough to perform on many amazing shows with many incredible bands. Their highlight so far was playing at the 2006 South Florida Tattoo Convention. Battle Axis is confident that 2007 will be a great year for the South Florida metal scene. They will give every band that they cross the utmost support and hope for nothing but complete success for them all. As for Battle Axis, the goal is humble: tour to the furthest reaches of the globe and make music that riles people up!!! Join the revolution or get trampled with the weak.
