Born in Sacramento. A man of many talents gifts and ability's has been able to super exceed in his life. He's an NAACP award winner, platinum song writer as well as an accomplish musician. Tray'c is the music director for two well known people. Gerald Albright Jazz Artist and Bishop Ulmer of the Faithful Central Bible Church. Tray'c has produced for Wayman Tisdale who has been a friend for over 20 years. Wayman was one of the ones to jump start Tray'c music career. At the age of 19 Tray'c went on tour with an artist by the name of Foley who was a member of Miles Davis Band. It was in Europe where Tray'c learned fusion Jazz and the art of black music from a historic point of view. In his teenage years his mentors were people like Herbie Hancock, Stevie Wonder, Kevin Bond, Ahmad Jamal, Monty Alexander, Ramsey Lewis, Billy Prestin, Kenny Lupper, Chick Corea, Foley and last but not lease Benard Write, who took Tray'c under his wings for several month and gave him insight on music production. This was were he would learn the art of making records. |
