About Me
ABOUT STANDING WALTZ Four teenagers, three girls and a boy now aged between 15 and 16, are the heart of this Quebec City band known as Standing Waltz. They released a first EP entitled "Plastic Spoons and Breeding Butterflies" in 2006. Their highly updated New Wave sound and mature writing skills uncommon for kids their age, caught the attention of the medias and music lovers worldwide. The group is now busy writing material for a first full length effort filled with hunting melodies and the same caracteristic surge of energy that caught the imagination of everyone who was lucky enough to see them perform live these last two years. Ã€ PROPOS DE STANDING WALTZ Standing Waltz est un groupe de la rÃ©gion de QuÃ©bec, composÃ© de trois filles et un gars de 15 et 16 ans. Ils ont lancÃ© un premier mini-album intitulÃ© "Plastic Spoons et Breeding Butterflies" en 2006. Un son New Wave actualisÃ© et une maturitÃ© d'Ã©criture hors du commun pour des musiciens de leur Ã¢ge, ont su attirer l'attention des mÃ©dias et des mÃ©lomanes du monde entier.
