About Me |
|
| josh orange guff June 08 just a quick update we are doing a very quiet accoustic set with Gordon and Andy only on June 29 at the Landsdowne, should be different. lots of things happening behind the scenes will keep you posted once we make some forward moves.....lovin.April 08 Well the new tracks are done. As a first run LET IT GO is included here on Myspace. .... After a cool 6 months of writing new material and winding up with about a dozen tunes to choose we have finished recording a selection of these. The first two to hit the streets, Myspace, ITUNES and hopefully the Airwaves are "Let it Go" and "Arials". We enlisted the help from our good friend Writer Producer Tony Juke of Oblivia and Hitmen fame, to Produce the tracks as well as the ever patient Renowned Engineer Tim Whitten (Powderfinger Hoodoo Gurus+++) to fly the desk. The result are two powerful, melodic and distinctly Josh Orange tracks. Josh Orange features, Gordon Burke who toured Australia fronting the awesome Oblivia (sony/bmg). Andy Wass (Guitar) ex Stonewall, as well as the drummer from Triple J unearthed winner Stonehenge Alex Miller and Newton's Cradle's guitarist Shane McLaughlin. The debut album Big Day Tomorrow released somewhere 2006 as also playing here on Myspace is a melodic journey of rich guitar driven energy weaving through many moods good bad, happy and sad. BDT lives at Itunes.com, Sanity.com.au. Waterfront and other music vendors that we like that like us. |
