| A sensitive, melancholic and original post-rock band from Scandinavian. The Danish rock band draws inspiration from the electronica, alternative and post-indierock scene. The group was founded in 2004 and in 2007 they released their debut-album "Echoes&Stills". January Jaunt has played shows in Norway, Sweden, Germany and of course Denmark. "Try" was the first single from "Echoes&Stills" and the video has been shown on 25 network-stations across the US; including MTVu and IMF. “Said about "Echoes&Stills": "..The fact that the band actually has produced the album itself is stunning!" - SOUNDVENUE (DK) ".. Great chances for an international breakthrough." - MUZIC (SE) "...If the band dare to let go, they just might reach the level of Radiohead and Muse, cause I believe that this is the standard of an unrestrained January Jaunt." - METICA (SE) "January Jaunt is Denmark's next big thing!" - IMF (USA) After a show at 'Loppen' Christiania in Copenhagen.
