| Born in Festac Town, Lagos Nigeria, on feb 14 1988. Chuby ValO (Zilla) was raised by his parents till Age 9. While his parents sought greener pastures in the United States, He lived with family members in crime inflicted Benin city and then the slums of Akoka. living out his adolecent years under his own primary guidance led to the birth of ZILLA. His everly confident and charismatic Alter Ego. After 6 years of seperation, He was reunited with his biological parents, moving to tha U.S at the age of 15 where he resided in New York. At age 17 he began Studying at Binghamton University and at age 20 is set to graduate and become the biggest name in hip hop! He is an artist with trememdous talent often praised for his intelligent lyrics and witty metaphors and double entendres...."Cos I FLIP THE METAPHOR DOUBLE THE ENTENDRE"-Zilla. When asked by a reporter "why the name Zilla"" he replied because "ZILLA IS A BEAST..... ZILLA IS A METAPHOR."
At age 20, He is a young artist who instead of following in the safe footsteps of his predecessors, chose to create his own unique style. Zilla is more than just another rap artist, rather he is a well rounded Musician, a pioneer and a role model to kids all over the world...."when i was a kid growing up in Nigeria, i never knew what the future held so i lived each day at a time now i can c my future clearly"-zilla.... He released his first major mixtape Demoltion(promotional) in the spring of 08 and this mixtape was rated an outstanding 5stars by DatPiff.com, a higher rating than a number of major artist mixtapes released during that period.
