| Maybe slightly eccentric, but I like to think everyone else is mad and im the only sane person on the planet, or does everyone think that? Apart from that , I am a Postman now, having been a Chef for the last 15 years, Going from commis to head Chef at AA Rossette standard and then "Gastropub" headchef. Still do a bit of cooking to keep my hand in, just the odd party or function and a couple of nights here and there at a local french restaurant, but I think im a chef at heart... well after a punk at heart... and always will be.
