About Me |

nb records is a digital record label for the very own productions of techno dj/producer nicolas bacher from vienna, austria. My interest in techno startet back in 1992 when friends took me to the all legendary Gasometer parties in Vienna. Originally I came from hip hop and have been spinning records since the early 90s, but immediately after my first raves I changed to techno because I loved the pumping beats as well as new and unexploited sounds. After some years playing around producing alone with an amiga 500, I started making music together with Erich and Peter from Future Bros or Klaus from the legendary Kunstwerk. I changed my studio setup completely and started also producing for many other djs, acts and projects like "Living FX", "DJ Felipe", "Titanium" and many more. The releases on my new "baby" nb records are more electronic and minimal, with harmonies and groovy beats. The first two releases are now available on most of the digital download portals. "MINDSCOPE" - the third release will be in stores november 2006. |
