| From German Hip Hop legends D-Flame and Dean Dawson (Spezializtz) to chart-topping newcomer Jonesmann and the exceptionally talented Blaze, some of the most popular German recording artists have recruited Lex Barkey for the production of tailor-made multi-faceted songs with great hit potential. The entire debut album of Subword/Sony BMG artist Jonesmann as well as the current album of Capitol/EMI artist D-Flame were recorded and arranged by Lex Barkey in his own professional recording studio. Lex Barkey furthermore produced Jonesmann's singles "F*ck Dich" and "Nenn Mich Jones" as well as D-Flame's singles "Burnin' Nonstop" and "Mom Song". Additionally, Mr Barkey produced an astonishing total of 12 songs on D-Flame's album "FFM".
Most recently, popular U.S. artists have shown great interest in Lex Barkey's A-list instrumentals. For instance, superstar rapper/actor LL Cool J recorded two songs over a Lex Barkey composition for his forthcoming album, which is being executive produced by 50 Cent. Both platinum-selling artist Jadakiss of the LOX and former P. Diddy protégé Loon have recently recorded Lex Barkey-produced songs for their upcoming releases. Moreover, Lex Barkey produced the songs "Money Talks" and "I Want Your Body" on legendary Hip Hop icon Kool G Rap's upcoming album. In addition, Mr Barkey produced Bathgate's new single "Money" and the official remixes of platinum-selling Jive Records/Sony BMG artist Chris Brown's singles "Yo (Excuse Me Miss)" and "Gimme That" alongside DJ Dime. Even leading television network BET (Black Entertainment Television), selected Lex Barkey beats for the music score of their show "New Faces Search". Hence, it is only a matter of time before Lex Barkey, formerly known as P / Platinum P, will become a household name in the music industry's largest market, the U.S., which is also the home country of his father.
