After getting bored I traveled threw the U.S. making my way to california. Now I've got a bunch of new scumbags 2 sk8 and go 2 shows with. The fact is the Soldiers are there fighting for our freedom because our Gov't asked them to. The freedom we enjoy everyday. The freedom to speak out against our Gov't. The freedom to join a Punk Rock band and sing about anything. The freedom to go to college and educate yourself. The freedom that enables two Punk kids to open there own business selling Booze to Rock n Roll fans. The freedom to express yourself anyway you choose. Again, we are not for or against the war. We support our soldiers and we are on their side. We have friends over there and until they are home, we will pray for them everyday and remind people they are there trying to protect our freedom!-----------------------------Thank A Veteran For Your Freedom!!! Every day people idolize and appreciate Celebrities, Athletes and Rock Stars. We like to watch movies and a game or two. We love it when Rock Stars stop by the Saloon. But to us it is just entertainment. Celebrities, Athletes and Rock Stars stories are "told" and "sold" to the masses, along with their product, on a daily basis. At Johnny's we believe in the "UNTOLD" stories of real hereos. Like each individual story of the NYPD and FDNY that ran in to the falling Twin Towers to save lives. Or the kid that wanted to play guitar in a band and then was drafted at the age of 18. During the war a gernade was thrown into a group of his fellow soldiers, so he dove on top of it, losing his life and saving his friends. We would like our establishment to be a constant reminder of the "untold" stories. Stories of Underdogs, Rebels and Hereos. Because of their countless sacrifices we can kick back, have a couple of drinks, watch a movie and listen to our favorite music. We are asking you to take a little bit of your fanatic dedication to your favorite team or band and research some "untold" stories. Tell a friend about them and share them with us at the Saloon.
