About Me

Instead of Bio:

My name is Alexandros and i was born on the 14th of September in Thessaloniki, Greece. I grew up in a musical home and a nightclub owning family. It wasn't long before i realized that for me music was the way to go. In 2004 i moved in London for further studies on music production & audio engineering and graduated in April 2007. During the last 4 years i have been working hard to produce nothing more than quality music. My only influences are good music and my intuition. I try to learn by listening to other people's experiences, by listening to records i admire and by experimenting & critically thinking on what i hear. Also, I pay attention to anything that sounds good to my ear regardless who made it or its genre and i believe there is only good and bad music.

Regarding my taste & style: I love grooves and warm tribal rhythms. I love energetic and driving productions and i am into the techy and edgy side of electronic dance music. My music is always dancefloor orientated and I like to think that it is an blend of house, techno and a touch of trance, all under the umbrella of electronica looking into the future. I strongly support the notion that in order to see the future one must know the past, that is why i constantly listen to music from earlier decades; i want to make sure what i make is new, fresh and not the same. I pay no attention to trends and hype. I do not like competition - i simply want only to create. Therefore i try to be original and do my thing, having as only goal to produce good music.

Some of the music i have made, has been played by DJs i respect. Those include Ariel, Dennis Ferrer, Masters At Work, Tobi Neumann, Laurent Garnier, Carl Cox, Danny Tenaglia, Ame, Funk D'Void, Ricardo Villalobos, Luciano and some more. However i had the chance to perform my productions myself in some of London's nightclubs like The End, The Cross, Canvas, Egg and Ministry Of Sound.
