| Decorated veteran guitar hero and barber to the stars,come and get a haircut at Billy's Barber shop at Salon Pop 1085 Redondo ave Long Beach Ca 90804 (562)987-9200(no Humpers booking calls please) appointments are suggested but you can always try a walk-in during the week, check out Salon Pop's Page below.Now on to the music stuff,been playin guitar since I was about two and a half so I guess I kinda like it.Played , toured , recorded and fought with THE HUMPERS from the early 90's till ???? when we thought THE HUMPERS broke up the first time Scott Drake and I started The Fabulous Prizes(no releases) ,then The Vice Principals with Jeff Drake (one release on Sympathy and one lost recording).Other bands I have played and /or recorded with include The Privateers,The Harbortown Saints ,The Sweet Things,ALL DAY,Mario Escovedo,The Procrastinators (never really got around to doin anything)The Double D Ranch and I played a couple songs on Scott Drake's first solo record as well as producing the Fabulous Tuscaderos record.The new ALL DAY record should be out soon including their cover of "wake up and lose"featuring your's truely on guitar.I am sometimes available for recording projects (guitar,production,mandolin whatever) And I'm starting a new super group this year (send resume) finally ,thanks to everyone for commin out for the Humpers reunion shows,big fun! | |
