| I have a great passion for Travel, but these days I spend more time with my 5 little grandchildren. I'm a doll collector, member of Garden City Doll Club for 32 years. I love to snorkel/ scuba dive, and skinny dip. Playing bingo, and online games, dancing, singing karaoke or at home, going to the movies, Live Theater, Concerts, Museums, Ballet. Heroes:My Mother Maria, Was only 7 yrs old when her loving mother died at the young age of 33, she then became a little mother to her 5 yr old bother. At the age of 24 she left her family, and country to start a new life with her new husband and 13 month old baby girl (me). The fact that she was not proficient in the English language, nor the lack of transportation kept her from attending PTA meetings. Fifteen years later, she got her drivers license in order to taxi her 6 children around. Prior to that, she traveled with her children by bus or foot. She signed her children up for Girl/Boy Scouts, little league, music/dancing lessions, Cathacism, we never missed a Christmas, Hollween party, or an Easter egg hunt, it drove my Dad nuts! She has always been the biggest, most loyal sports fan/supporter to her children, and granchildren.
