"I literally support Drum and Bass / Jungle"!!! BENSKI - a 25 year old Britsman, born and raised in Hannover/Germany. Got into the d&b/jungle thing in '96 and started mc-ing in '98. What started as a kind of drunk joke developed into a hobby and he suddenly found himself performing at smaller d&b/jungle nights in other cities of the Lower Saxon region (Hildesheim, Celle ,Braunschweig...) in '99. He continued practicing on smaller events in the north German region that also included Bremen, Hamburg, Bielefeld, Göttingen ... by 2003. In 2003 he got his first "official" ;-) chance to host some sets of a bigger rave in Bremen where he can be found on a regular ever since. In 2006 he went to Lincoln (North-East Midlands, UK) to study for 9 months and linked up with the cutz recordingz cru who gave him the possbility to host their monthly nights. He has become an indispensable part of the north German drum and bass scene and also well known and aknowledged beyond. In 2006 he was voted as 7th best national mc (Germany) at the future-music awards. Through the years he has developed an unique and very distinguishable style based on clear and catchy rhymes that make him stand out from the crowd. No matter if Liquid, Jump-up, Neuro or whatever...he'll adapt to it and'll kick ass, trust me!!!
