I was born with ink in my veins. I cannot remember a time when I wasn't penning stories. Not all of them ended up on paper, but they definitely amused me as an only child in a small town with no other children my age nearby.The ink got thicker as a journalist, when I used my ink pens to stir the creamer in the days old coffee I preferred to drink out of a cup that that was so coffee-stained, you couldn't tell the inside used to be white.After 10 years in newsrooms, and spending time as a freelance writer, I went to The Dark Side - known to the world outside of the newsroom as marketing/PR.After working for nonprofits, I finally found my niche. I work for Learfield InterAction, a division of Learfield Communications. There, I work as a Web producer for various clients. I tap into my broadcasting background to produce podasts for clients. Check out an example at www.mobarpodcast.org.But that's just career stuff. My passion falls in writing. I love to create new worlds and characters and dire situations with a dash of hot romance. I'm almost to the point of writing fiction full-time - you'll hear my scream from miles away when that day comes!I'm single and would love to meet a man who loves writing and reading as much as I do. It would be so awesome to share this part of my life - and maybe even collaborate on projects. But you never know what fate has in store... .. |
