Micky James is a song writer, Producer/Engineer & Working Musician. Owner/president of Freedom Of Speech Records Recording studio since 1996 Is a founding member & bassist for the modern funky rock band Earth Eatz Dog! Specializing in capturing the essence & vision of a band/solo artist by a natural live feel or produced representation, which ever is requested by the artist. Versed in most styles of music including: Rock, Pop, Hardcore, Ambient, Industrial, Middle Eastern, Southern Rock, Metal, Blues, Dance, Electronic, R & B, & Hip Hop. Micky is laid back and easy going to work with. He listens to what the artist has to say and plans to achieve. FOS rates are hourly or per song which ever suits your needs and budget. All situations are considered pending solo artist, band, ect. He treats all his clients as equals without the condescending attitude so many producers have towards artists. " That's why I got into producing I see it from a musician's point of view". Micky is the only producer at F.O.S. with a hands on approach to everything.
