| Cyclephante is Davide and his drum, David and his guitar, Mauro and his voice, guitar and accordion, and Daniel and his bass.
Cyclephante was born in October 2003 (as Palomino Fughedobadi). From the beginning it has been always concentrating on composing its own songs and creating its own sound. It's a border music, it's a sound of cities and valleys, of water and earth. Cyclephante has learned to play on the street and the guys have known each other and have been playing together since they were teens. A lot of different individual musical backgrounds build up this new way of feeling tunes and rhythm. Despite the distance which often keeps the guys far from each other, Cyclephante has trod on lot of Italian stages for concerts, festivals and contests, such as Mixer 2003, Emergenza 2004 and BeMusic 2005. After the first official demo "Charrue" and several different versions of further demos and live recordings, Cyclephante worked on its first album, which has been released on December 2006. The album is totally self-produced and includes the most significant songs of the first three years of Cyclephante. |
