Tocando músicas com muita atmosfera e melodias, sem deixar de lado é claro muito groove e batidas marcantes. Em 2003 o curso de djs na dj Ban foi o passo inicial. A partir dali e de festas como a Circuito, Technova, Combustível e Mothership novas amizades vem sendo feitas e de uma destas surgiu em 2004 a ideía de montar um selo de Techno o 340M/S Records. Em 2005 foi um dos selecionados para participar da Red Bull Music Academy(RBMA) que aconteceu em Novembro em Seattle. Um evento que percorre o mundo selecionando a cada ano 60 participantes de vários países do mundo, entre eles: DJs, produtores, MCs, cantores, dançarinos, promoters, engenheiros de som, etc. Estes participantes são reunidos durante duas semanas ouvindo experiências e dicas de DJs, produtores e músicos já consagrados, além disto estão livres para utilizar estúdios onde podem desde fazer um dj set até produzir uma faixa sobre a orientação de técnicos. Augusto Merli 32 years old, born in São Paulo, currently his dj sets have deep, minimal, Detroit and funky techno and house tracks. Playing melodic and atmospheric tracks, with much groove and great beats. In 2003 the dj..s course at “dj Ban” was the first step. From then on and at parties like Circuito, Technova, Combustível e Mothership new friends have been made and in between this in 2004 emerged the idea of starting a Techno Label, the 340M/S Records.In 2005 he was one of the selected to join the Red Bull Music Academy(RBMA) that took place in November in Seattle. A world-wide event that select every year 60 participants from many countries, among them: DJs, producers, MCs, singers, dancers, promoters, sound engineers, etc. These participants are joined for two weeks listening to experiences and tips from DJs, producers and musicians already established and they are free to use the studios to play a dj set or even to produce one track with the support of a technician.
