BIO Vince Pizzinga started his apprenticeship at the prestigious EMI Studios 301 in 1993 and began working as a freelance writer, arranger and producer in 1998. Having studied classical guitar, he combines his technical prowess as a producer and recording engineer with his creativity as a composer. He is an accomplished orchestral arranger having been commissioned to write all the string arrangements for Delta Goodrem’s “Visualize” sell-out national stadium tour in 2005, as well as writing scores for many of his artists. He has also worked as touring Musical Director for Danielle Spencer, producing her critically acclaimed debut album 'White Monkey' and only recently completing the second album “Back At The Red Door” which he mixed in France. Signed To EMI Music Publishing, Vince’s song writing came to the fore in 2002-03 with the success of his many collaborations with Delta Goodrem (Sony/BMG), and in particular the song INNOCENT EYES (No1 & 2XPlatinum in Australia, top 10 UK) which was the title track of her record breaking debut album. It achieved a staggering 14 X Platinum sales in Australia alone and three million sales world-wide. In 2004, The song earned Vince & Delta two coveted APRA Award nominations for "Song Of The Year" and "Most Played Australian Work". This successful partnership continued on Delta’s follow up album MISTAKEN IDENTITY, having co-written with Delta the songs “EXTRAORDINARY DAY”, “DISORIENTATED” and the emotional hidden track “NOBODY LISTENED”, which he also produced. 2005 saw the release of other collaborations with the likes of the legendry Renee Geyer(Fly/ABC), Triple J unearthed winner Vassy (Fly/ABC) and a song on the highly anticipated debut album for Australian Idol’s Anthony Callea (Sony/BMG - No1 on the ARIA Charts achieving 2XPlatinum). With the backing of EMI Music Publishing, Vince moved his home and studio to Los Angeles in 2006, a new chapter in his career is well underway having recently joined the legendary Sandy Roberton at Worlds End Management. Since then he has co-written three songs with Emmy Rossum and Producer/Writer Stuart Brawley for Emmy's debut album "Inside Out" (Geffen/Universal), cuts with 2006 Canadian Idol winner Eva Avila (Sony/BMG) and runner up Graig Sharpe. Vince's main project for 2007 has been producing an album for the amazing singer/songwriter Kate Akhurst. Kate flew to LA to work with Vince where they have been crafting her songs for the last year. Kate is an extraordinary talent and has created quite a buzz in the industry, the stunning debut is due for completion in December. 2008 saw the beginning of the songwriting/production team "FICTION". The collaboration between himself and Kate Akhurst is a foray into their own brand of edgy, cool pop.
