Jordan Greenwood joined us with some stunning drumming, and this 7-song EP of original material was the result.'Swimming to Japan' is one of our oldest , and most sinister songs, with a stunning, fuzzed out guitar line from Nick that builds intensity all the way. 'Best' is our newest track, with a jangle, and soaring vocals with a twist of phased Radiohead in the outro. 'Good Things Gone Bad' is so sinister Nick Cave would be scared, and Zach's filthy harmonica give it a howl of Americana. 'Red Rock's Jungle Drums sound like Bo Diddley on speed, with some piercing Telcaster from Steve and more harmonica filth. 'Long Way to Mesa' drives along right across the continent, then carries on all the way down to Mexico with 'Static'. Keep going to the early hours with a few drinks at "Conrad's Bar and Grill". It's a quarter to three, where else you gotta be?The GAs are an international band, with members from the US, Scotland, the North of England and Belgium. Zach and Nick met after Nick posted an add for musicians in Brussels, and Steve then met Zach and Nick on the Brussels open mic circuit. Anna joined on bass a year later.
