| After an evanescent career as a wild & young musical promise, crashing into the ground his first guitar at the age of 6 (having to wait for a new one til the age of 14) In The Later 90's a young Ivan had just discovered the world of MODtrackers and saving some money for some weeks, he bought his first SoundBlaster soundcard (cheapest soundcard of the moment...). The Revolution had just started. He started to emulate the music more at hand he could do with this gear, videogame music, that's why his love for 8bitz sound, later he tried with electro and then after some failed attempts to form some rock bands where he composes, sings and play rhythm guitar he decided to start on his own, mixing electronic and far eastern sounds with rock guitar, singing as ever his own songs. At this time he met DJ Hash and they started some weird experiments in common, DJ Hash an electro and breakbeat fanatic with a heavy hiphop and scratching background as producer and RiSC0 a mad scientist of lo-fi sounds, a hard rocker and a constatly changing soul as a jazzist on improvisation. The perfect mix, but it never was a serious project, instead it have been one of the most succesful musical friendships, always sharing ideas, projects, finding sounds, gear, etc... Well this sinergic association still being active nowadays and stills operating on. New tries on rock field takes RiSC0 to start Bodhie, a punk-pop band, where he takes his Epiphone LP guitar again and put himself on front singing and composing once again. Finally on May 2005, RiSC0 discovers The Nortec Collective of Tijuana (MX) on a cultural event and a workshop on his hometown, Zaragoza (spain) and a new musical world of possibilities opens its doors for him. He finally felt in love with the tools that made it possible. Leaving his creativity flow unbounded and finding new sounds everywhere. The revolution flame was started once again. Bring on the noise!!!! |
