NUEVO VIDEOCLIP. TOMA Y OBLIGA PRESENTACIÓN DE "CREER QUERER / QUERER CREER" EN MADRID Cuando se traspasan todas las barreras, cuando no se teme al riesgo ni a la innovación y la pasión por la música trasciende todos los límites imaginables, la única meta posible es el éxito. Y fue a principios del presente siglo XXI cuando los granadinos HORA ZULU decidieron seguir este camino a la hora de mostrar al mundo sus aspiraciones musicales. Tras algunas demos, en el año 2002 la banda grabó su álbum debut: “Me Duele La Boca De Decirlo”, y ya desde el primer momento pudimos comprobar que no serían fácilmente clasificables en ningún género musical concreto. En cada una de sus composiciones se dan la mano melodías y ritmos increíblemente dispares, creando una fusión perfectamente conectada con la que HORA ZULU comenzó a despuntar dentro del panorama underground. Dos años después, en el verano de 2004, salió a la venta su segundo trabajo discográfico bajo el nombre de “Crisis De Claridad”, en el que HORA ZULU contó con la colaboración de renombrados artistas como Eric Jiménez (Los Planetas, Lagartija Nick), el violinista Fathi Benyakoub, la cantaora Ana María Luque, y Jahlel Chekkara, entre otros. Si “Crisis de Claridad” fue la constatación de que estos granadinos tenían mucho que decir, fue “El Que La Lleva La Entiende” (2006) el disco que consagró a la banda como una de las formaciones más sólidas y prometedoras de nuestro país a todos los niveles. Con esa imparable fuerza, esas raíces inconfundibles y esas punzantes y elaboradas letras como estandarte, el cuarteto ha recorrido la geografía española de cabo a rabo, colgando el cartel de ‘aforo completo’ en importantes salas nacionales como Republicca (Valencia), Gamma (Murcia) La Sala Live (Madrid) o El Tren (Granada), y congregando a miles de espectadores en reconocidos festivales como Lumbreras Rock, Marea Rock, o Viña Rock. Pero aquí no acaba la historia, sino todo lo contrario: HORA ZULU firmaron contrato discográfico con Avispa a finales de 2007 e inmediatamente comenzaron a grabar su cuarto trabajo de estudio, “Creer Querer/Querer Creer”, disco con el que superan incluso las más altas expectativas que pudieran recaer sobre ellos. Trece cortes cuidados al detalle, con todo el talento y el carisma que desprenden a partes iguales las guitarras de Paco Luque, el bajo de Alex Bedmar, las percusiones de Javi Cordovilla y las historias narradas por Aitor Velázquez. Un nuevo disparo musical a bocajarro, una nueva página en la historia de un cuarteto que rebosa calidad por los cuatro costados. Una nueva demostración de poderío con la que HORA ZULU dejará una profunda huella en aquellos que se aventuren a Creer Querer/Querer Creer. When all barriers are run through, when the risk of innovation is not feared and the passion for music goes beyond all conceivable limits, success is the unique possible goal. And it was at the beginning of the current century when the Granada group HORA ZULU decide to follow this path in order to show the world their musical aspirations. After some demos, in 2002, the band recorded their debut album "Me Duele la Boca de Decirlo" and from that moment we verified that our songs could not be classified into any specific musical genre. In each of the compositions melodies and rhythms incredibly distant go hand in hand, thus shaping a fusion perfectly connected, with which HORA ZULU started to stand out in the underground panorama. Two years later, in summer 2004, a second record came out, under the title of "Crisis de Claridad" where the group had the collaboration of well-known artists such as Eric Jimenez (Los Planetas, Lagartija Nick), the violinist Fathi Benyacoub, the singer Ana María Luque and Jahlel Chekkara, among others. If Crisis de Claridad was the proof that this Granada group had much to say, "El que la Lleva la Entiende", the third album, was the record which confirmed the band as one of the most solid and promising ensembles in our country at all levels. With this unstoppable strength, these unmistakable roots and these biting elaborated texts as a banner, the quartet has travelled all over Spain, getting full audiences (all tickets sold out) in famous national halls like Republicca (Valencia), Gamma (Murcia), La Sala Live (Madrid) or El Tren (Granada), gathering thousands of people in well-known festivals: Lumbreras Rock, Viña Rock or Marea Rock. But this is not the end of the story.. Just the opposite. HORA ZULU signed a contract with Avispa, by the end of 2007, and, at once, they started to record their fourth work of studio: Creer Querer / Querer Creer (in english "to believe, to want / to want, to believe"), a record that surpassed even the highest expectations they could have. Thirteen themes carefully made, with all the talent and charisma coming out, in equal shares, from the guitars of Paco Luque and Alex Bedmar , the precussions of Javi Cordovilla and the stories told by Aitor Velazquez. A new musical close range shot, a new page in the story of a quartet that overflows quality through all sides. A new demonstration with which HORA ZULU will leave a print on all those who dare to believe,to want/ to want, to believe.
