Worked in a Fish and Chip shop which was rather fab......I just cooked these for you ..have one! Don't they smell good! .......I then started Scrumptious Design in 1997, had a shop/studio in HACKNEY, LONDON...and created and supplied loads of other Companies, shops and department stores my DESIGNS worldwide..(beautiful stationery, t-shirts, handbags and other designs, etc!) won design and business awards, supplied a few well known faces, was going extremely and fantastically well (featured in Glamour, Red, Elle Decoration, You magazine, Sunday Times, Evening Standard, Cosmopolitan, Timeout, Loaded, BBC news 24, Central news etc...).....and THEN HEY I had a small and very beautiful little baby girl (bless her I wouldnt change anything for the world!), took a break from it all (not strictly true!) took stock of life... then decided to start up again designing under my own name 'HELEN ROCHFORT' MAKING HANDBAGS FOR ALL TO ENJOY!!! All wrapped up in a chocolate covered nutshell!!!! Oh yes got married somewhere in the middle to a gorgeous bloke with a bright red scooter and a fabulous record collection!
